A German and an American do not do the same move
Nationality changes the route, the documents, the waiting time and the cost. Pick the one that describes you and we will start from the right place.
EU, EEA or Swiss
No visa. But you still need the EU registration certificate, a NIE, the padrón and proof of means or cover.

Government fees, sworn translations, apostilles and legal fees are charged at cost and shown to you before anything is paid. We would rather lose the sale than surprise you at step four.

We never guarantee an approval, an appointment date or a processing time. Those belong to the Spanish authorities, and any company that promises them is either guessing or selling. What we do guarantee is that you will never be the one waiting on us.
Can I move to Spain? Just tell me yes or no.
It depends on your passport and on where your money comes from — and those two answers cover almost everyone.
If you hold an EU, EEA or Swiss passport, yes, with registration formalities rather than a visa. If you do not, you need a specific route: remote income points towards the digital nomad visa, pensions and savings towards the non-lucrative visa, a Spanish employer towards a work authorisation, and a Spanish or EU family member towards a family route.
The route check gives you a straight answer in about two minutes, including when the answer is “not on these facts”.
Do I have to be in Spain to do any of this?
You can hire us, pay us and be coordinated entirely online. Some steps still need you in person: fingerprints for the TIE card, most consular visa appointments, and some bank onboarding.
We will tell you at the start which steps need your body in a room and which do not, so you can book flights around the ones that matter.
How long does the whole thing take?
Documents take one to three weeks and are mostly on you. Legal preparation takes days. Then there is the part nobody controls — the appointment and the decision.
For EU nationals, weeks. For a visa route, plan in months rather than weeks, and start before you give notice on anything.
Are you lawyers?
No, and we are careful about the difference. SpainEase coordinates: we own the plan, the order, the documents and the deadlines.
Immigration applications, tax advice and property transactions are handled by qualified professionals we work with, and you get their name. That separation protects you, and it is why we can be honest about what is and is not advice.
Can you get me an appointment faster?
No, and nobody can. Appointment slots are released by the Spanish administration on their own schedule.
What we do is watch for them daily, book the first workable one, and make sure that when you walk in, your file is complete — because the expensive delay is not the wait, it is being sent home to get one more document.
